1. Prepare a timeline for the wedding day and hire a wedding coordinator or have a trusted friend to remind the wedding party of the timeline and take care of any other issue that may arise on the wedding day.

2. Have all the bridesmaids sleep at the same location the night before the wedding day.

3. The bride and groom should get ready at the same location preferably in a hotel, this prevent the photographer and videographer going from one location to another when taking the getting ready shots.

4. Prepare a list of the photo session of the couple with guest after church service; this list should have been worked on with your photographer before the wedding day. And the wedding coordinator should be the one coordinating the guest for the photo session not the photographer.

5. When shopping around for your wedding vendor i.e, photographers, videographers, e.t.c. You should visit more than one vendor and choose the one that represents you the most. Do not make your final selection on price alone.

6. Things will most likely go wrong on the wedding day no matter how long you’ve planned the timeline; smile and have fun.
